Celebrate Dad’s special day at the Dallas Zoo! On Saturday and Sunday (June 19 and 20), all Zoo guests will pay the children’s rate for admission. That’s just $9 per person, ages 3 and above. Children ages 2 and under and Dallas Zoological Society members are free. Parking is $7.
Father’s day lights out! Overnight!
Is your father the adventurous type? Take him on a camping trip where he doesn’t have to pitch a tent or start a fire. The Dallas Zoo’s Light’s Out! overnight begins at 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 19 with registration. Dad and children ages 7 to 10 years will take a twilight tour of ZooNorth, make a craft, enjoy an animal encounter, take a ride on the Monorail Safari, and tour Giants of the Savanna. Guests also receive an evening snack and a continental breakfast. The overnight adventure ends at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday morning and the rest of the day is yours to explore the Zoo.
