It’s that time of year where open-toed shoes are coming back, so it’s time to get back to the pedicures. Kimberly Schlegel Whitman has a few great tips on how to have a safe and happy pedicure this spring!
Pedicure tips from Kimberly Schlegel Whitman:
- Try to be the first appointment of the day to have the cleanest tools.
- If you do not want to use the salon’s tools, purchase your own to be used each time you go for a pedicure.
- Do not shave or wax your legs 24 before your pedicure to avoid infections.
- Cuticles are actually protective for the nails and skin. It is okay to have them pushed back, but don’t let your nail technitian cut them.
