Hunter Hayes may be only 21 years old but already has award nominations lined up, opened for superstars in concert, and can play almost any instrument.

Given his first guitar by Robert Duvall at age 6, he played on the White House lawn for Bill Clinton at age 7, and released his self-titled debut album in 2011.  He plays every instrument on the record and co-wrote every song.

The single “Wanted” is flying up the pop charts.  He’s opened for Taylor Swift and Rascal Flatts, and is currently on a U.S. tour opening for Carrie Underwood.

He’s nominated for 6 ACM Awards (the show is April 7th on CBS).
