Her first name is Adele, but for obvious reasons she had to change it and used her middle name instead. Emeli Sande was the artist mesmerizing the crowds at both ceremonies. This 26 year old artist, born in Scotland, can not only sing, but has written for others, like Susan Boyle, Rihanna, Leona Lewis and others. She’s had three #1 songs in the U.K., won numerous music awards on the international stage, and recently released her album, “Our Version of Events.” Her latest single “Next to Me” is climbing the charts and can be heard in TV shows everywhere.
