Yes, he still plays soccer (OK, “football”). That’s one of many reasons that Rod Stewart just keeps going. He’s been cranking out music since the 60s (“The Faces”) and as a solo artist for over 40 years. He’s been a rocker, a crooner, a pop artist, and just about anything else you can think of. What he has been most of all, is successful. His new album, “Time,” is out now, and you’ve probably seen him on every TV show possible in the past couple of weeks, performing his new single “She Makes Me Happy,” a song he wrote for his wife. The new album is almost like Rod’s career, with a little bit of everything, for everybody. He’s doing some private shows now, but a tour is in the works.
