Oklahoma Tornado: How You Can Help

Our hearts are broken for the families and residents of Moore, Okla. Our neighbors to the north now need our help to recover after this catastrophe.

If you are still trying to get in touch with family, check the Red Cross’ Safe and Well registry to see if they’ve checked in at safeandwell.org.

There is no word yet on supplies needed for relief efforts, but giving blood and donating funds are the best ways we all can help right now.

Text RED CROSS to 90999 to donate $10 to the American Red Cross or call 1-800-RED CROSS. You can also go online to redcross.org. Find out where you can give blood by visiting redcrossblood.org.

Text STORM to 80888 to donate $10 to the Salvation Army Storm Relief Fund or call 1-800-SAL-ARMY. You can also go online to donate.salvationarmy.org.

Text AID to 50555 to donate $10 to  international relief agency Operation USA, which is lending support to community-based health organizations in Oklahoma. You can also donate online at opusa.org or call 1-800-678-7255.

Text FOOD to 32333 to donate $10 to the Oklahoma City Food Bank.

Call  (405) 942-3800 to donate to the Oklahoma Baptist Disaster Relief or visit okdisasterhelp.com.

Go to unitedwayokc.org to make donations to the United Way of Central Oklahoma’s Disaster Relief Fund.
