A new survey reveals that, when left to their own devices, guys can be pretty gross. UPI.com reports that a new survey has revealed the cleanliness of single men… or lack there of.
The average single man only changes his bed sheets four times a year according to the survey by British mattress maker Ergoflex UK. That’s three months of sweat, grime, dead skin cells, and whatever creepy-crawlies that like that stuff that a man is sleeping in before tossing those sheets in the washer.
The survey goes on to show that women changed their bedsheets an average of once a week. Once a man enters a relationship, the frequency of bed sheet changing increased as the woman had taken over.
It makes you wonder that if single guys take that long to change out their bedsheets, perhaps the myth of the walking leftovers isn’t so far off after all.
