Just in time for Memorial Day weekend, indeed! Nobody likes a dry, over-cooked, rock-hard burger. Those people that smash their burgers down while on the grill drive me insane! That’s only one of the 10 tips! A perfect burger is an art. That being said, it’s an art anyone can replicate! Thankfully, chef and television personality Anthony Bourdain has compiled a little list of 10 rules for the perfect burger. Enjoy!
